Abstract
ആഗോളവല്ക്കരണം എന്ന പദം ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ സമസ്തമേഖലകളെയും ആഴത്തിലും പരപ്പിലും സ്വാ ധീനിച്ച ബഹുതലസ്പർശിയായ മാറ്റങ്ങളെ മുഴുവൻ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒന്നാണ്. ഏറ്റവും അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായി അത് ലോകരാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളെ മുഴുവൻ ബാധിക്കുന്ന സാമ്പത്തികമാറ്റമാണ് രാഷ്ട്രാന്തരീയ പരിസരങ്ങൾ ഇതിവൃത്തമായി വരുന്ന നോവലുകളെയും മറ്റ് സർഗാത്മക രചനകളെ യും അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി നിർവഹിക്കുന്നത് സമകാലിക സാ ഹിത്യ നിരൂപണത്തെയും സാമൂഹ്യ ഭാഷാശാസ്ത്രത്തെയും സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം ഏറെ പ്രസക്തമാണ്.
