Abstract
പൊതു, രാഷ്ട്രീയ, സാമൂഹിക, സാംസ്കാരിക, പ്രാദേശിക, ദേശീയതലങ്ങളിൽ സാമൂഹികമാറ്റത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള സ്ത്രീയുടെ ഇടപെടൽ, അത് സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിലുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന സമ്മർദ്ദങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ അന്വേഷിക്കുകയാണീ പ്രബന്ധം. ലക്ഷ്യം വിവർത്തനമെന്ന സവിശേഷവും അനൗപചാരികമെന്നു വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതുമായ തൊഴിലിലേർപ്പെട്ട സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അനുഭവങ്ങളെ ചേർത്തുവെച്ചാണ് ഈ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് ശ്രമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
